Cutting and spreading requirements differ from one fabric to the other. We use Lectra automatic fabric cutting machine, Lectra computerized pattern making system to automate the fabric cutting process to achieve the highest level of perfection.

Sewing

One missing stitch will jeopardize brand's reputation in the customer's mind. We understand this and have automated the complete sewing process by using the latest state of art machines and global brands of sewing machinery like Durkopp Adler,Juki,Kanzai, Imato & Brother Japan.
Our embroidery divisions have sophisticated automated multi head machines using CAD/CAM designing, which enable mass scale execution of intricate embroidery in up to 9 colours
We are also equipped with Seam Sealing Mahines to ensure that our rain wear garments comply with the EN 343 standard

Washing
We use high speed and high quality washing machines like Tonello to wash the garments. Our machines are not only the best, they also consume less water and thus cause less ecological impact. After all, water saved in manufacturing is water gained to the society. The effluent treatment plant recycles the entire water used for washing by using biological bacteria. The purified harmless water is further used for plantation.

Finishing
For an end customer, the final look of the garment is the most important factor leading to a purchase decision. We give utmost important to this key process and use automatic machines like form finishers to give the perfect finishing to the garments.
